The safety and well-being of minors are Lunzo’s highest priority.
This Youth Protection Policy sets out the rules and measures that Lunzo applies in order to keep young people safe when they use the Lunzo platform. The document also describes how Lunzo protects children’s privacy in relation to their personal data.
For the purposes of this policy, “minors” means all persons under the age of eighteen (18).
Age-restricted goods
Under the Prohibited Items Policy, alcohol, tobacco products and other goods whose sale is subject to an age limit may not be offered for sale on Lunzo. The exception is adult toys, which are concentrated exclusively in the 18+ category and are intended only for persons over the age of 18.
We have a Notice and Takedown process in place: we assess every report without undue delay and remove from the platform any content that we find to be illegal or contrary to our rules.
If, despite these measures, some sellers manage to circumvent our rules and inappropriate products reach the platform, Lunzo will remove them once they come to light.
Sellers who breach this Youth Protection Policy may face disciplinary measures, including permanent blocking of their account.
If you come across content that in your view should not be available on the Lunzo platform, please report it through the Notice and Takedown procedure (Lunzo Third-Party Complaints Policy). Such reports are dealt with as a matter of the highest priority.
Customer accounts on Lunzo
A user must be over eighteen (18) years of age in order to buy products from sellers through Lunzo independently.
Anyone over the age of 18 can create an account if they have a valid email address.
Minors under the age of 18 may not create an account or make purchases without the permission and supervision of a legal guardian. The account must be held in the name and details of the parent/guardian, who bears full responsibility for all activity on that account.
Selling on Lunzo
You must be over the age of 18 to register for and use Lunzo’s services. If a person has not reached the age of majority under the laws of their country, registration must be carried out by a parent or guardian, who manages the account and bears legal responsibility for it.
All the personal and payment details on the account must belong to that legal guardian.
Protection of minors’ privacy
Lunzo’s services are not directed at children and Lunzo does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Under our Terms and Conditions, children may not use our services.
This section describes how Lunzo handles any data that might be obtained from a user under the age of 18. If you are a minor and are unsure about anything, please ask a parent or legal guardian for help.

Together with the Privacy Policy, this policy describes what types of data may be collected and how they are handled.
As already stated, Lunzo’s services are not intended for minors and no one under the age of 18 may use them without the supervision and consent of the adult who owns the account.
By using Lunzo’s services you acknowledge that your data may be used in Czechia and in other countries in which Lunzo operates. The data is processed solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and Lunzo does not sell the personal data of its users, including minors.
On an account held by an adult, Lunzo may collect and process, for example:
- data provided by the user during registration or when placing an order,
- technical information obtained when you visit the website (IP address, time zone, login details),
- information from third parties (for example business partners or other websites operated by Lunzo).
