The Lunzo platform applies strict rules prohibiting the offering of certain types of products. Violation of this policy may result in the immediate suspension of the seller’s account. Lunzo also reserves the right to amend these rules at any time and to independently assess whether a specific product may be offered on the marketplace.
Lunzo operates a “Notice and Take Down” procedure, and government or regulatory authorities that have concerns regarding a specific product may contact us via the Lunzo Third-Party Complaints Policy.
1. Adult products and explicit content
- Pornography, sex toys, fetish items
- Unregulated condoms (e.g. with spikes or protrusions)
- Books, media, games, or clothing with sexually explicit content
- Promotional images and videos with sexual undertones
- Creams and sprays claiming sexual effects
2. Live animals and natural products
- Live animals, eggs, insects
- Fur, ivory, parts of endangered species
- Bones, taxidermy, fur rugs, insect specimens
- Pain-inducing collars, hunting traps, adhesive traps
- Unregistered pesticides, herbicides, invasive plants
- Products made from human remains (blood, bones, etc.)
3. Historical, cultural, and financial items
- Artefacts, grave goods, cave formations
- Original artworks without a licence
- Counterfeit currency, unmarked coin replicas
- Credit/debit cards, cryptocurrencies
4. Drugs and addictive substances
- Illegal drugs and substances imitating their effects
- Drug paraphernalia
- Products containing THC/CBD above permitted limits
- Packaging intended for drug distribution
5. Food and beverages
- Alcohol, wine, beer, spirits
- Expired food or food with a very short shelf life
- Items labelled as “not for individual sale”
6. Hazardous chemicals
- Strong acids (sulphuric, hydrochloric, nitric, hydrofluoric)
- Asbestos, cyanide, freon, toxins, biocides, radioactive substances
- Explosives, fireworks, sparklers, grenades
- Hazardous gases and ozone-depleting substances
7. Weapons and self-defence items
- Firearms and ammunition
- Knives classified as weapons
- Knuckle-dusters, crossbows, slingshots, swords, throwing stars, tasers, pepper sprays
- Replicas of firearms and bladed weapons
8. Medicines and medical devices
- Prescription medicines, licensed veterinary products
- Unregistered medical devices and vaccines
- Steroids and bodybuilding substances
- Unsubstantiated supplements (herbal ointments, etc.)
- Prescription glasses, hearing aids, DNA tests
9. Offensive or illegal content
- Products promoting hatred, terrorism, or violence
- Extremist symbols (e.g. swastika)
- Political or police uniforms and insignia
- Guides for manufacturing drugs or engaging in other illegal activities
10. Dangerous products and toys
- Recalled products, children’s products deemed unsafe
- Chinese sky lanterns, laser pointers exceeding 1 mW
- Magnetic toys, water beads
- Goods without valid CE marking
11. Electronics and software
- Surveillance equipment, signal jammers, decoders
- Spyware, malware, hacking devices
- Unlicensed software, pirated keys and codes
12. Other prohibited categories
- Cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, refills, vapes, tobacco
- Car parts posing safety risks (e.g. seat belt locks, airbags, illegal window films)
- Used or refurbished goods, tickets, vouchers
- Counterfeit goods, stolen items, identity documents
- Goods linking to other e-shops or payment gateways
