Safety cables serve as a secondary safety measure for stage spotlights, speakers, and other equipment suspended from trusses or stands. If the main holder or clamp loosens, the cable will catch the falling light before it reaches the heads of people beneath the stage. The set contains 25 pieces, which is sufficient for a complete lighting rig as well as for gradually securing older lights. The maximum load capacity of one cable is 40 kg, which covers standard LED pars, moving heads, and smaller effect lights. The silver steel cables are finished with a carabiner that clips directly into the eye on the body of the light.

Securing suspended equipment is standard practice when constructing stages, in clubs, theatres, and at mobile DJ sets, as the clamp alone can loosen due to vibrations or handling. Stainless steel resists moisture and environments with smoke machines and does not corrode as quickly as galvanised cable. When installing, it is advisable to route the cable around the supporting profile, not just around the holder, which could loosen together with the light in the event of failure. The load capacity of 40 kg is the limit; therefore, for heavier equipment, choose stronger securing methods or multiple cables. Regularly inspect cables and replace them if there is visible damage to the wires.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
