Report a Dangerous or Illegal Product
Have you come across a listing that you believe is dangerous or illegal, or that breaches our rules? Let us know. We assess every report.

What to include in your report
So that your report is precise enough for us to assess it, please state:
- the link (URL) to the specific listing or listings,
- an explanation of why you consider the product dangerous or in breach of the law.
Please also attach any further material: photographs, a description of the problem or proof of purchase, which will help us assess the situation.
How we handle your report
We will confirm that we have received your report and let you know the outcome of our assessment. If we remove or restrict a listing, we inform the seller of the reasons and of the possibility to contest the decision.
If we learn that a product bought through Lunzo has been recalled or is dangerous, we inform the customers who bought it from us about the options available to them.
We do not verify sellers’ listings before they are published; details of how responsibility is divided are set out in our Terms and Conditions and in our Content Accuracy Policy.
