Content Accuracy Policy

Last updated: 7 February 2026

Introduction

The Lunzo platform operates as an online marketplace where individual sellers offer their goods through their own stores. Each seller is responsible for storage, dispatch, and compliance with all applicable legal regulations. Lunzo itself does not manufacture any products, does not hold inventory, and does not arrange delivery of goods on behalf of sellers. All content published on Lunzo is created by independent sellers, who do not act as employees or official representatives of Lunzo.

Our partners using the platform are required to comply with all legal standards and regulations applicable to their product range and to the individual countries in which they offer their products. This obligation also includes obtaining all necessary authorisations or consents – for example from relevant authorities or trademark rights holders – where required for the sale, promotion, or distribution of specific products.

We consider it important that customers are familiar with this Content Accuracy Policy.

We also recommend reviewing our Terms and Conditions, where you will find a more detailed explanation of the rules governing the use of the services, content, and software provided by Lunzo.

Translated descriptions

Product texts may be translated manually or using translation tools. We strive for maximum clarity; however, minor inaccuracies may occur.

Colour display

We aim to present product photographs as accurately as possible; nevertheless, minor differences may occur between the actual colour of a product and how it appears on your screen. These differences are mainly caused by variations in monitor and device settings.

Sizes and dimensions

We recommend always checking the specific dimensions provided in the product description. Please bear in mind that size labelling may vary depending on the manufacturer or brand.

Electronics and technical standards

Each seller is responsible for ensuring that the products offered comply with all legal requirements and technical standards applicable in the country to which they are shipped. This responsibility also includes correct product labelling and compliance with safety regulations.

If goods are intended for use in another country, an adapter or voltage converter may be required for operation. These accessories are not always included in the package and, if needed, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain them.

Labelling and safety information

Sellers offering goods on the Lunzo platform must ensure that all products comply with the relevant legal requirements. This includes the obligation to provide the necessary labels, symbols, or warning notices. Lunzo cannot be held responsible for the completeness or accuracy of such labelling – this responsibility always lies with the individual seller.

Medicines and medical devices

The sale of certain products, in particular medicinal products and medical devices, is restricted and governed by our Prohibited Items Policy. If a prescription is required to import a specific item into your country, customs authorities may request it before releasing the shipment. Lunzo is not responsible for such requirements or for any resulting задерж or retention of goods.

Prices and product descriptions

All information regarding prices and descriptions displayed in listings is managed by the sellers themselves. Lunzo is not responsible for any discrepancies, errors, or inaccuracies that may occur in this information.

In such cases, we are not obliged to supply the goods at an incorrect price, according to an incorrect description, or to supply them at all. We reserve the right to correct such errors. In these situations, we usually contact the customer to ask whether they wish to proceed with the order based on the corrected information. If we are unable to contact you, or if you decide not to proceed, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Seller responsibility

Each seller is required to ensure that the information on their product page accurately reflects the goods being offered. This applies to titles, images, descriptions, and prices. Misleading or incomplete information is not tolerated – if it is found that a seller has deliberately misled customers, they may be removed from the platform following an investigation.

Customer support

If a dispute arises between a customer and a seller that cannot be resolved directly, Lunzo may, in justified cases, assist in seeking a resolution. If you encounter issues after completing a purchase, you may contact our customer support team by email at info@lunzo.ie.
