Introduction
The Lunzo platform operates as an online marketplace on which individual sellers offer their goods. Each of them arranges their own storage and dispatch and complies with all applicable legislation themselves. Lunzo itself does not manufacture any products, does not hold stock and does not arrange deliveries on behalf of its sellers. The listings and product descriptions published on Lunzo are created by independent sellers, who do not act as employees or official representatives of Lunzo. Lunzo does not verify listings before they are published and has no obligation to monitor them on an ongoing basis. We may carry out spot checks of listings on our own initiative.
Our partners who use the platform are required to comply with all legal rules and regulations relating to their product range and to each of the countries in which they offer their products. This obligation includes obtaining all necessary authorisations or consents – for example from the competent authorities or from brand rights holders – where these are required in order to sell, promote or distribute particular products.
We consider it important that customers are familiar with this Content Accuracy Policy.

Translations of descriptions
Product texts may be translated manually or with the help of translation tools. We aim for the greatest possible clarity, but minor inaccuracies may occur.
Display of colours
We try to present product photographs as accurately as possible, but there may still be small differences between the actual shade of the product and what you see on your screen. These variations are caused mainly by the different settings of monitors and devices.
Sizes and dimensions
We always recommend checking the specific dimensions in the product description. It is worth bearing in mind that size labelling may differ from one manufacturer or brand to another.
Electronics and technical standards
Each seller is responsible for ensuring that the products they offer meet all legal requirements and technical standards applicable in the country to which they are sent. This responsibility also includes labelling the products correctly and complying with safety rules.
If goods are intended for use in another country, an adapter or a voltage converter may be needed to operate them. These accessories are not always included in the packaging – we therefore recommend checking in the product description whether an adapter for the sockets used in Ireland is included.
Labelling and safety information
Sellers who sell goods on the Lunzo platform must ensure that all products meet the applicable legal requirements. This includes the obligation to provide the product with the necessary labels, symbols or warnings. The individual seller is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of this information. If this information is missing from a listing, or if you suspect that a product is not safe, please report it to us by email at safety@lunzo.ie.
Prices and product descriptions
All information about the prices and descriptions given in listings is managed by the sellers themselves, who are responsible for its accuracy. Lunzo is not liable for the content of sellers’ listings to the extent permitted by law. If, however, goods reach you that do not match the description, this does not affect your rights in respect of faulty goods — we will take over and deal with your complaint ourselves, as described in the article Faulty Goods.
In the event of an obvious pricing error we are not obliged to supply the goods at that price. We reserve the right to correct such errors. In these situations we usually contact the customer to ask whether they wish to continue with the order on the corrected terms. If we are unable to reach you or if you decide not to continue, we will cancel the order and refund the amount you have paid.
Sellers’ responsibility
Every seller is required to ensure that the information on their product page corresponds to the actual goods they are offering. This applies to names, images, descriptions and prices. We do not tolerate misleading or incomplete information – if it is found that a seller is deliberately misleading customers, they may be removed from the platform after investigation.
Customer support
If there is a problem after your purchase has been completed, we are your central point of contact. Please contact our customer support team by email at info@lunzo.ie – we will actively take care of the solution, contact the seller if necessary and make sure the situation is clarified, including any refund.
