Overview
Inverter Welder MIG and MMA 160 A IGBT Technology For Tubular Wire 0.8 and 1.0 mm Current Display White For Home Workshop

The combined inverter welder handles MMA welding with coated electrodes as well as welding with tubular wire, thus replacing two separate devices. Welding with tubular wire does not require shielding gas or a pressure cylinder, as the flux inside the wire creates a protective atmosphere by itself. IGBT technology maintains a stable arc and allows the device to be compact and lightweight. On the front panel, you can select the MMA mode or tubular wire with a diameter of 0.8 and 1.0 mm, and adjust the current with a single rotary knob. The white casing with a black mask features a handle and a fitting for a carrying strap.

  • Two welding modes — by switching on the panel, you can choose between electrode welding or continuous wire feeding depending on the nature of the work.
  • Hot Start function — the device temporarily increases the current when igniting the arc, so the electrode catches even on cold material.
  • Anti Stick function — when the electrode sticks, the device reduces the current to prevent the electrode from being welded to the workpiece.
  • Digital display — the set welding current is displayed numerically, so you do not have to estimate the knob's position.
  • MIG torch — the included torch with a button allows for continuous welding without changing electrodes.
  • Wire diameter selection — the device works with tubular wire of 0.8 and 1.0 mm, covering thin sheets as well as thicker profiles.
  • Portability — the handle with a strap allows you to carry the device to the workshop, garage, or car.
  • Package contents — 1x welder, 1x MIG torch, 1x cable with electrode holder, 1x earth cable with clamps, 1x protective shield, 1x spool of tubular wire, 1x chisel with wire brush, 1x carrying strap

The combined welder is especially suitable where body repair alternates with thin sheet welding and welding of thicker profiles. Welding with tubular wire is easier for beginners than with coated electrodes, as the wire is fed automatically and you do not have to monitor the arc length. Operation without gas also eliminates the worry of purchasing, transporting, and storing a pressure cylinder. However, tubular wire creates more slag, which needs to be removed with a chisel and brush after each bead. It is necessary to use a welding helmet with an appropriate shade, gloves, and non-flammable clothing for welding.
