The hexagonal detachable welding magnet in a medium size can hold thicker profiles, and after completing the weld, it releases with a single turn of the lever. The rotating lever switches the magnet between the ON and OFF positions, so you do not have to pull the magnet off the workpiece with force. The maximum holding force is 50 kg, which is sufficient for square tubes, angles, and thicker sheet metal parts. The six contact surfaces correspond to angles of 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, and 105 degrees, allowing you to manage joints outside of right angles. The blue body with a galvanised frame has a flat contact surface on each edge.

Welders and locksmiths will appreciate the magnet when producing frames, grilles, railings, and structures with angled braces. In the switched-off state, the magnet does not attract metal shavings, allowing it to sit flush on the profile without clogging. The holding force of 50 kg applies to a clean and flat surface; it will be lower on rusty or painted sheets. It is advisable to keep the lever mechanism free of shavings to ensure it can be turned easily even while wearing gloves. For vertical assemblies, we recommend securing the part with a clamp for added safety.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
