The detachable welding magnet in an arrow shape of medium size can hold even thicker profiles and releases with a simple turn of the lever after completing the weld. The rotating lever switches the magnet between the ON and OFF positions, so you do not need to pull the magnet away from the weld with force. The maximum holding force is 50 kg, which is sufficient for tubes, angles, and thicker sheet metal parts. The magnet operates in three positions: 45, 90, and 135 degrees, suitable for both internal and external corners. The blue body with a galvanised frame has flat contact surfaces around the perimeter corresponding to the individual angles.

Welders and locksmiths will appreciate the magnet, as they frequently reposition parts throughout the day and need to release them quickly. In the switched-off state, the magnet does not attract metal shavings, allowing it to sit flat on the profile without becoming clogged. The holding force of 50 kg applies to a clean and flat surface; it will be lower on rusty or painted metal. It is advisable to keep the lever mechanism free of shavings to ensure it can be turned easily, even while wearing gloves. For vertical assemblies, we recommend securing the part with a clamp for added safety.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
