Combat shin guards with instep protection are protective gear for boxing and other martial arts that involve kicking and blocking with the legs. The guards are in size S. Each guard consists of a shin part and an accompanying instep protection, covering the front of the leg from the shin to the foot. They stay in place on the leg using two Velcro straps that fasten at the back of the calf. The guards are useful for training on the bag, working with pads, and during sparring.
- Shin Protection — the shin part covers the front of the shin along its entire length and absorbs impacts during kicks, blocks, and contact with an opponent. The shin is very exposed in martial arts, so it is advisable to protect it from the first training sessions.
- Instep Protection — the instep part protects the top of the foot, which you strike against the bag, pads, or opponent during kicks. The transition between the two parts also covers the front of the ankle.
- Two Straps — the guard is secured with two wide Velcro straps, one above the knee and the other below the ankle. You can adjust the tightness according to the circumference of the calf.
- Open Back — the guard covers the front of the leg and closes only with the straps at the back. This makes it quick to put on and take off, and athletes can usually manage to put them on themselves.
- Bound Edges — the edges of the guard are bound all around, giving the guard a neat appearance.
- Size S — the smaller size is suitable for athletes with shorter shins, such as children and juniors. To choose the correct size, measure the length of the shin according to the instructions in the next bullet point.
- How to Measure the Shin — measure the length of the shin from a point 5 cm below the kneecap to the centre of the ankle. If you are between two sizes, the manufacturer recommends choosing the smaller one. Then compare the measured length with the length of the shin part of the guard.
- For Training and Sparring — the guards are suitable for martial arts clubs, team training, and home practice on the bag. Together with gloves and a mouthguard, they form the basic protective equipment.

How do I return goods?
