The 20-inch (500 mm) cabin suitcase is designed for travelling with hand luggage, business trips, and short excursions. The combination of an aluminium frame and PC shell provides military-grade pressure resistance. The front opening allows for easy access to a laptop or documents without unpacking the entire luggage. The double-door design increases usable interior space by 30% compared to standard solutions. The inner lining is child-safe, making the suitcase suitable for family trips. Included features are a TSA lock, two charging ports on the top, and four 360° rotating wheels.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
