Order Cancellation
As stated in our Terms and Conditions and our Right of Withdrawal, consumers based in the EU, EEA, and the United Kingdom have the right under applicable law to withdraw from or cancel certain online purchases in order to receive a refund. This right, referred to as the right of withdrawal, allows goods to be returned within 14 days of receipt and a refund of the purchase price to be obtained. This statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in the course of business activity, i.e. to legal entities or self-employed individuals.
In addition to the statutory right, Lapert also offers consumers outside the EU, EEA, and the United Kingdom the option to return goods within 14 days of receipt. Further details can be found on the Returns and Exchanges page.
It is important to note that most orders cannot be cancelled before they are dispatched. Processing usually begins immediately after the order is confirmed. Exceptions may apply only to products with longer delivery times.
If you wish to withdraw from a purchase, we recommend that you first familiarise yourself with our Right of Withdrawal, where you will find the detailed procedure.
Simply refusing to accept delivery of a parcel is not considered a valid withdrawal from the contract. In such cases, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Order Changes
In limited cases, minor changes to an order that has already been placed may be possible. This applies only if the order has not yet been confirmed or dispatched by the seller. Typical examples include changing the colour or size of a product or making a minor correction to the delivery address. Substantial changes are not possible, such as exchanging the goods for a different product with a different price or replacing the entire delivery address with another one.
If you would like to request a change to your order, please contact us at info@lunzo.ie and specify exactly what you would like to change. If the order is still being processed, we will try to accommodate your request and make the change.
If a change to your order is not possible, for example because it has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for delivery and then return the goods in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges policy.
