These policies apply to all intellectual property and registered trademarks of LUNZO s.r.o. and its affiliated entities. This document sets out the rules governing the use of Lunzo trademarks.
Ownership and brand protection
Lunzo trademarks and logos are registered in many countries. Their purpose is to clearly distinguish products and services originating from Lunzo. Lunzo actively protects against unauthorised use of these designations and takes legal action in the event of infringement.
Any unauthorised use of the Lunzo name or graphic logo – whether in a company name, domain name, trademark, trade name, or any other context – is prohibited unless explicit written consent has been granted.
What is meant by “Lunzo trademarks”
Lunzo trademarks primarily include the name LUNZO and the official graphic logo.

LUNZO
The fact that a particular name or logo is not listed here does not mean that Lunzo waives its rights to that designation.
Use of these trademarks is reserved exclusively for Lunzo. Any other entity may use the trademark only with Lunzo’s permission.
Examples of prohibited use
Lunzo does not permit its trademarks to be used, for example, in the following cases:
- Promotional and advertising items – printing on T-shirts, mugs, stickers, or other merchandise without explicit permission.
- Defamatory or unlawful context – use of Lunzo trademarks in offensive, damaging, or illegal contexts.
- Business cards and leaflets – Lunzo trademarks must not be used as part of personal business cards, leaflets, or other promotional materials.
- Advertising campaigns – use of the name or logo in online or printed advertising, newsletters, or social media posts is prohibited.
- Creating the impression of partnership – trademarks must not be used in a manner that could suggest that Lunzo endorses, sponsors, or is formally affiliated with a person or entity.
- Company and product names – Lunzo trademarks must not be incorporated into the name of a company, product, or service.
- Domains and websites – registration or sale of domains containing the Lunzo designation or its variations is prohibited.
How to request permission
If anyone wishes to use the Lunzo trademark lawfully, they must contact Lunzo’s legal department by email at legal@lunzo.ie. The request must include a detailed description of the intended use.
Legal enforcement
Lunzo reserves the right to protect its trademarks by all available legal means. Any attempt to register or use names confusingly similar to the Lunzo trademark (including misspellings or imitations) will be considered unfair practice and may result in legal proceedings.
Infringement of Lunzo trademark rights may result not only in civil liability but also in criminal sanctions, as these rights are protected under European and international legislation.
