This policy applies to all intellectual property and registered trade marks of LUNZO s.r.o. The document sets out the rules for using the Lunzo trade marks.
Brand ownership and protection
The Lunzo trade marks and logos are registered in many countries. Their purpose is to distinguish clearly the products and services originating from Lunzo. Please send reports of unauthorised use to legal@lunzo.ie.
Unauthorised use of the Lunzo name or of the graphic logo – whether in a company name, a domain name, a trade mark, a business designation or any other context – is prohibited unless express written consent has been given for it.
What is meant by the “Lunzo brands”
The Lunzo brands mean, above all, the name LUNZO and the official graphic logo.

The fact that a particular name or logo is not included in this list does not mean that Lunzo waives its rights to that sign.
Use of these brands is reserved to Lunzo alone. Any other party may use a brand only with Lunzo’s permission.
Examples of impermissible use
Lunzo does not permit its brands to be used, for example, in the following cases:
- Promotional and advertising items – printing on T-shirts, mugs, stickers or other goods without express permission.
- Derogatory or unlawful context – using the Lunzo brands in offensive, damaging or unlawful contexts.
- Business cards and leaflets – the Lunzo brands may not be used as part of your own business cards, leaflets or other promotional materials.
- Advertising campaigns – the name or logo may not be used in online or printed advertising, newsletters or social media posts.
- Creating the impression of a partnership – the brands may not be used in a way that could give the impression that Lunzo endorses or sponsors a person or that it is formally connected with them.
- Company and product names – the Lunzo trade marks may not be incorporated into the name of a company, product or service.
- Domain names and websites – registering or selling domain names containing the Lunzo designation or misspellings of it is prohibited.
How to request permission
If anyone wishes to use the Lunzo brand lawfully, they must contact the company’s legal department by email at legal@lunzo.ie. The request must contain a detailed description of the intended use.
Legal enforcement
Lunzo reserves the right to protect its signs by all available legal means. Any attempt to register or use names confusingly similar to the Lunzo brand (including misspellings or imitations) will be regarded as being in bad faith and may lead to legal proceedings.
Infringement of the rights in the Lunzo trade marks may result not only in civil penalties but also in criminal sanctions, because these rights are protected by European and international legislation.
