Transparent glossy water-based varnish is designed for the final surface treatment of air-drying clay products, ceramics, and other handmade decorations. Once dry, it creates a waterproof glossy layer that protects the surface and the applied colours. It can be used over acrylic and oil paints and is also suitable for polishing stone, home crafting, school projects, and small handmade creations. It is applied with a soft nylon brush, always after the clay has fully cured and the pigment has completely dried. The 10 ml content in a small glass bottle measuring approximately 6 x 2.6 cm is comfortable to hold and easy to store.
- Glossy Surface — the varnish creates a transparent layer with a pronounced gloss; a thicker layer will achieve a highly glossy surface and enhance the colours of the product.
- Waterproof Protection — the dried layer is waterproof and helps protect the applied colours as well as the product itself.
- Water-Based — you can easily adjust the desired viscosity and fluidity of the varnish by adding water for dilution without the need for special thinners.
- Air Drying — allow each layer to dry for at least 30 minutes; at lower temperatures or with a thicker coat, the drying time is extended.
- Layering Capability — apply as many layers as needed, but allow each to dry before applying the next; gradual layering ensures an even result.
- Easy Application — for an even coat, use a soft nylon brush or applicator and apply the varnish in thin, even strokes.
- Wide Use — air-drying clay, ceramics, stone polishing, and products painted with acrylic and oil paints.
- Compact Packaging — bottle measuring approximately 6 x 2.6 cm with a content of 10 ml (measured manually, possible deviation of 2–5 mm).

The glossy water-based varnish is a simple way to finish and long-term protect handmade products. You can achieve a highly glossy surface by applying a thicker layer or several thinner layers in succession, just be sure to follow the recommended drying time between layers. Thanks to the option of diluting with water, you can easily adjust the viscosity of the varnish to suit the application method and type of surface. Always wait for the pigment to dry completely before varnishing to ensure the final layer is clean and even. The small bottle fits into any art supply case, so you will always have it on hand whether you are working with clay, painting ceramics, or decorating stone.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
