Overview
Auto-Dimming Welding Helmet 4 Sensors Switching 1/25000 s True Color Material PP For TIG MIG and ARC Welding and Grinding

The auto-dimming welding helmet protects the eyes and face from the radiation of the electric arc, flying sparks, and radiant heat. Switching time of 1/25000 s means that the filter darkens before the arc can dazzle the eyes, even during short stitch welds. Four arc sensors positioned around the visor detect the flash even when one of them is covered by a hand, torch, or the workpiece being welded. The large field of view with True Color technology provides more accurate colours than standard green filters, making it easier to distinguish heated material from the cold surroundings. The helmet is designed for welding with TIG, MIG, and ARC methods.

  • Four arc sensors — the arrangement of sensors around the visor ensures reliable darkening even when welding in hard-to-reach positions or at an angle.
  • Sensitivity adjustment — with the SENSITIVITY rotary control, you can fine-tune the filter's response so that it does not darken from surrounding flashes while still reacting to a weaker arc during TIG.
  • Darkening selection — with the SHADE control, you can choose the level according to the welding current and the method used.
  • Delay adjustment — with the DELAY switch, you can determine how quickly the filter brightens after the weld is completed, in three levels from fast to slow.
  • Grinding mode — with the WELD and GRIND switch, you can turn off the automatic darkening and use the helmet as a protective shield when cleaning the weld.
  • True Color — more accurate colour representation facilitates monitoring the weld pool and the transition between the base material and the weld, which reflects on the precision of the work.
  • Solar power — the solar cell supplements the backup battery, so the helmet operates in workshops as well as in areas without sufficient daylight.
  • Side controls — the controls are located on the outer side of the shell, allowing you to adjust the settings during work without removing the helmet from your head.
  • Package contents — 1x welding helmet

The helmet will be used by welders, locksmiths, assemblers, and DIY enthusiasts during repairs, construction manufacturing, and locksmith work outside the workshop. The ability to switch to grinding mode speeds up work where welding alternates with cleaning the weld, as you do not need to change protective equipment. The adjustable sensitivity makes it usable even for fine TIG welding, where weaker helmets do not respond reliably. Lightweight PP plastic does not strain the neck even during all-day work and withstands the thermal load generated during welding. It is useful in locksmith workshops, service centres, and on-site installations.
