Overview
Auto-Darkening Welding Helmet Optics 1/1/1/1 Lens 10 x 9.3 cm 4 Arc Sensors Material PA For Welding and Grinding

The auto-darkening welding helmet protects the eyes and face from the radiation of the electric arc, sparks, and radiant heat. Switching time 1/25000 s means that the filter darkens before the flash can dazzle the eyes, even during short stitch welds. Optical class 1/1/1/1 is the highest achievable rating across all four monitored parameters, ensuring that the image behind the filter is neither distorted nor blurred at the edges. Four arc sensors positioned around the lens react even when one of them is covered by a hand or the workpiece being welded. The darkening, sensitivity, and delay controls are located on the outer shell.

  • Large viewing area — the lens measuring 10 x 9.3 cm provides a sufficient overview of the weld pool and the surrounding area without tilting the head.
  • Four arc sensors — the arrangement around the perimeter of the cartridge ensures reliable darkening even when welding in hard-to-reach positions.
  • Sensitivity adjustment — using the SENSITIVITY rotary control, you can fine-tune the filter's response so that it reacts even to a weak arc during the TIG method.
  • Shade selection — with the SHADE control, you can choose the degree of darkening according to the welding current and method used.
  • Delay adjustment — using the DELAY switch, you can determine how quickly the filter returns to a light state after the welding is completed, in three steps.
  • WELD CUT and Grind modes — switching to grind mode disables automatic darkening, allowing you to use the helmet as a protective shield when cleaning the weld.
  • Solar power — the solar cell supplements the backup battery, so the helmet operates even in workshops without access to daylight.
  • Dimensions — the external dimensions of the helmet are 24 x 20 x 12 cm.
  • Package contents — 1x welding helmet

The helmet is suitable for welding methods MIG, TIG, and coated electrode, and thanks to the grinding mode, it also covers subsequent weld finishing. The adjustable sensitivity and delay make it a versatile tool for workshops where various methods and material thicknesses are used. The shell made of PA material is lightweight and does not strain the neck even during all-day work, while also withstanding thermal stress during welding. The controls on the outside allow changes to be made during work without removing the helmet from the head. It is applicable in locksmith workshops, car services, and during field installations.
