The auto-darkening welding helmet protects the eyes and face from arc radiation, flying sparks, and heat. Four arc sensors positioned around the lens detect the flash even when one of the sensors is covered by a hand or material, ensuring the helmet darkens reliably even when welding in hard-to-reach positions. The viewing area measures 9.6 x 9.6 cm, providing a sufficient overview of the weld and surroundings, which is particularly beneficial during long welds and when working in confined spaces. Power is supplied by a combination of a solar cell and a lithium battery, allowing the helmet to function both indoors and outdoors. The black design with printing includes an integrated LED light for working in dim conditions.
- Shade Level Adjustment — use the rotary knob to set the desired shade level according to the method and current used.
- Sensitivity and Delay Settings — separate controls for sensitivity and light-up time allow you to adjust the helmet's response so that it does not darken from surrounding flashes and does not lighten too soon after the welding is completed.
- Grinding Mode — use the WELD/GRIND switch to turn off the automatic darkening and use the helmet as a protective shield while grinding and cleaning the weld.
- Solar and Battery Power — the solar cell complements the lithium battery, which is also replaceable, so operation is not limited to a single charge.
- Integrated LED Light — illuminates the work area while welding in dark spaces, in a pit, or outdoors in the evening.

The helmet can be used for welding as well as for subsequent grinding without needing to be removed from your head, which speeds up work and reduces the risk of being hit by sparks. Two replacement lenses and a replacement battery included extend the time you can use it without needing to purchase consumables. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
