The sale of counterfeit goods is strictly prohibited on Lunzo.
All products offered on Lunzo must be genuine and original. Lunzo is a global online marketplace that enables independent sellers to sell their products to customers worldwide. Responsibility for ensuring that the goods offered and sold are authentic always lies with the seller. Counterfeit goods, copies, or imitations are not permitted on Lunzo.
Products that are compatible with a specific brand must be clearly labelled in the title and description as “compatible with”, “suitable for”, or “designed for” products of that brand. These are third-party products designed for use with a particular brand but are not original products of that brand.
Each seller is required to ensure that the titles, descriptions, and images in their listings accurately reflect the actual product that the customer will receive. Sellers must not use photographs of original products, model designations, or brand names to promote or sell non-original imitations.
Furthermore, each seller is obliged to ensure that the products sold are legitimate and that they are authorised to offer them for sale legally.
The advertising or sale of counterfeit goods is considered by Lunzo to be an abuse of the platform. If a seller violates these rules, disciplinary action may be taken against their account, including immediate account termination.
If you suspect that a product purchased on Lunzo is not authentic, please contact our customer service team by email at info@lunzo.ie.
Lunzo operates a Notice and Takedown procedure. All rights holders who have concerns regarding a specific listing are encouraged to contact us via the Lunzo Third-Party Complaints Policy.
All such notices are reviewed without delay in accordance with our third-party legal complaints handling procedure.
