The sale of counterfeit goods is strictly prohibited on Lunzo.
All products offered on Lunzo must be genuine and original. Lunzo is a global online marketplace that enables independent sellers to sell their products to customers all over the world. Responsibility for ensuring that the goods offered and sold are authentic always rests with the seller. Counterfeits, copies and imitations are not permitted on Lunzo.
Compatible and non-original products
Products that are compatible with a particular brand must be clearly marked in the title and description as “compatible with”, “suitable for” or “designed for” that brand’s products. These are third-party products that have been designed for use with the brand in question but are not that brand’s original goods.
Seller obligations
Every seller is required to ensure that the titles, descriptions and images in their listings correspond to the actual product that the customer receives. A seller must not use photographs of original goods, model designations or brand names to promote and sell non-original imitations.
It is also the duty of every seller to ensure that the products they sell are legitimate and that they are authorised to offer them for sale lawfully.
Consequences of a breach
Lunzo regards the promotion or sale of counterfeits as misuse of the platform. We will remove the listing and, depending on the seriousness of the breach and whether it is repeated, we may restrict, suspend or terminate the seller’s account. We always inform the seller of the reasons.

Lunzo operates a Notice and Takedown procedure (notification and removal of content). All rights holders who have concerns about a particular listing are invited to contact us through the Lunzo Third-Party Complaints Policy, under which intellectual property notices are sent to legal@lunzo.ie. We assess all such notices without undue delay.
