The wireless neckband headphones feature an arch that you wear around your neck, with two earplugs on thin cables. The arch is foldable, so when folded, it takes up less space. The headphones connect to a phone or other device via Bluetooth 4.0. On the side of the arch, there are buttons for volume control and music playback. The battery lasts for 6 to 8 hours and is complemented by a microphone.
- Folding Arch — the arch is worn around the neck and can be folded in the middle. When folded, it forms a compact elongated shape that is easy to store. When you want to listen again, simply unfold the arch and put it around your neck.
- Earplugs — the earplugs have a cylindrical shape and tips that fit into the ear. They are suspended on thin cables leading from the back of the arch. When not in use, they can hang freely.
- Controls — on the side of the arch, you will find buttons to adjust the volume and control music playback. This means you do not have to take your phone out while listening.
- Connection — the headphones connect wirelessly to a phone or other device via Bluetooth 4.0. Therefore, there are no cables between the headphones and the phone. The frequency range is from 80 Hz to 20 kHz.
- Battery and Microphone — the battery life is 6 to 8 hours. The headphones also include a microphone.
- Dimensions and Appearance — the dimensions of the headphones are 17 x 14.8 cm. The arch has a glossy surface with prominent blue ends.

Thanks to the foldable arch, the headphones take up little space when folded, allowing you to carry them with you at all times. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
