The wireless neckband headphones combine in-ear buds with a neckband that you wear around your neck throughout the day. They connect to your device via Bluetooth 4.1 with a signal range of up to 10 m. The 175 mAh battery lasts for up to 7.5 hours. You control the volume, music playback, and calls using the buttons directly on the neckband, so you don’t have to reach for your phone every time. Additionally, there is a micro SD card slot, and you will also find four silicone ear tips in the package.
- Neckband — the headphones are worn around the neck, and the buds are connected to the neckband by thin cables. When you’re not listening, you can simply take the buds out of your ears and let them hang freely. This way, you don’t have to put the headphones away, and they are always within reach.
- Wireless Connection — the headphones connect via Bluetooth 4.1 with a signal range of up to 10 m. Your phone can remain in your pocket or on the table, allowing you to move freely.
- Controls on the Neckband — the buttons on the neckband are used to control the volume and music playback. You can also answer or end a call with them. Therefore, you don’t have to take your phone in hand every time.
- Battery — the battery has a capacity of 175 mAh and lasts for up to 7.5 hours of use. A cable for charging is included in the package.
- Micro SD Slot — the headphones have a slot for a micro SD card. The memory card is not included in the package.
- Silicone Ear Tips — the headphones fit directly into the ears like buds. The package includes four silicone ear tips that you can replace as needed.
- Material — the headphones are made from ABS plastic. The black colour is complemented by silver elements at the ends of the neckband.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
