The smart toilet seat with bidet in the TOP version combines a heated seat, washing functions with warm water, and automatic lid opening. It can be controlled by voice and mobile app, as well as by a wireless remote control or a side rotary knob. The microwave sensor detects a person approaching from approximately 1.5 m away and automatically opens the lid, closing it again after they leave. The water for the bidet is heated on demand, so it is available immediately and without a reservoir of stagnant water. The TOP version is equipped with a stainless steel nozzle with infrared light and UV sterilisation.

- Button Control – a short press of the side button starts drying or stops the function, turning back activates the feminine wash and turning forward activates the movable wash.

- Display and Lighting – the display on the seat shows the set temperature, with a night light and fragrance options available.

The V-shaped seat is designed for toilet bowls with a length of at least 48 cm, a width of at least 35 cm, and a mounting hole spacing of 11–19 cm. If the toilet tank has a curved or otherwise non-standard shape, we recommend checking compatibility before purchase. An electrical outlet 220 V / 50 Hz is required within reach of the 1.5 m power cord and a water supply with a pressure of 0.07–0.75 MPa. The seat is mounted on the existing toilet bowl, so there is no need to replace the entire toilet or install a separate bidet to utilise the bidet functions. The simple operation with the side knob makes daily use easier for seniors and children, while other functions can be set by voice, remote control, or in the mobile app.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
