The child can drive it themselves using the steering wheel and pedal, or an adult can take over the driving via the remote control with a range of 15 metres. The drive is powered by a 12 V battery, with speeds ranging from 3 to 5 km/h, and on a single charge, it lasts approximately 45 minutes. The body measures 107 x 65 x 55.5 cm and stands on wheels with a diameter of 21 cm, the upholstered seat measures 33 x 20 cm and is 23 cm high from the floor. The equipment includes an MP3 player for music during the ride, illuminating front lights, and opening doors. The combination of plastic and metal ensures the strength of the construction, with a maximum load capacity of 30 kg. The seat is complemented by a safety belt with a buckle, which keeps the child in place even when turning. The remote control requires 2 AAA batteries, which are not included in the package. The first charge takes 4 to 6 hours, subsequent charges take 8 to 12 hours, and the car should never remain on the charger for more than 20 hours. The ride should take place on a flat and safe surface without slopes, potholes, and traffic, ideally in a garden, on a pavement, or in a park. Before each ride, it is advisable to check the battery status to ensure the child does not stop far from home. Adult supervision is necessary during the ride, who can intervene with the remote control if needed and stop the car. After riding, the body should be wiped with a damp cloth and the car stored in a dry place to prevent the battery from being exposed to frost. The car makes a great gift for preschoolers who want their own vehicle while needing the ride to be under parental control.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
