Mixing and heating a half-litre flask is managed by one device: the JOANLAB HMS-500ML mixing heating mantle. The bowl mantle envelops the round bottom of the flask with a capacity of 500 ml, allowing heat to transfer directly to the glass, while underneath is the motor of the magnetic stirrer, which spins the stirring element in the liquid. The left knob HEAT sets the heating intensity from room temperature to 380 °C, while the right knob STIR determines the rotation speed. The indicators above the knobs show which function is activated, making the device's status clear at a glance. The half-litre size is one of the most commonly used for synthesis, extraction, and solution preparation, making it a frequent choice in laboratories.
