The JOANLAB HM-250ML heating mantle is designed for uniform heating of round flasks with a volume of 250 ml. The dish-shaped mantle surrounds the glass over the entire bottom surface, directing heat into the contents of the flask and preventing unnecessary loss to the surrounding air. The intensity of heating is smoothly adjustable with a rotary knob, ranging from room temperature up to 380 °C. The POWER and HEAT indicators on the blue control panel show whether the device is on and whether it is currently heating. The smaller volume is suitable for school experiments, sample preparation, and working with small amounts of solvent.
