This size is designed for larger dogs who swim for long periods in the water and appreciate buoyancy for their body as well as a sturdy point for being lifted onto higher ground. A handle with a ring for attaching a lead is sewn onto the back, allowing you to lift the dog from the water and attach the lead directly to the jacket without removing it. There are reflective areas on the sides and across the back that return incoming light, making the dog more visible on the surface even in low light conditions among the waves. The jacket is secured with three buckles, one at the neck and two under the belly, according to the actual measurements of the larger dog, ensuring it does not pinch or chafe anywhere.
