This design with this range of circumferences accommodates dogs from fifteen to twenty kilograms, who can stay in the water for long periods but cannot climb up a higher bank from the depths and need support to keep their entire body afloat. Above the shoulders, there is a double strap attachment loop that you can grip with both hands to lift the dog even when you are standing on the deck high above the water surface.
