The intelligent heated mouse and keyboard mat makes working at the computer more pleasant during the cooler months when your hands get cold. The electric heating evenly warms the entire workspace, keeping your palms and wrists warm. Dimensions 80 x 33 cm provide ample space for your mouse, keyboard, and both hands side by side. The elongated shape fits well on a desk in the office, in a home study, or with a laptop. The mat is equipped with a switch featuring human body sensing, which responds to your presence at the desk.

The mat covers a larger part of the desk and creates a warm spot exactly where you spend most of your time with your hands. You can place both the mouse and keyboard on one heated surface without having to move your hands around. The temperature can be set using 26 levels ranging from 35 to 60 °C, allowing you to choose a comfortable temperature for work. The switch is located on the left side of the mat, and you can control it with one hand. The automatic on and off function after 5 minutes helps save energy when you step away from the desk.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee

Exchanges

Faulty or damaged goods

Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery

How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back

Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
