In this narrative horror game from a third-person perspective, set 300 years in the future, players take on the role of Jacob Lee – a victim of fate thrown into the Black Iron prison, a maximum-security facility on Jupiter's moon, Callisto. When the inmates begin to transform into monstrous creatures, the prison is plunged into chaos. To survive, Jacob must fight his way to safety to escape Black Iron Prison while uncovering dark and disturbing secrets hidden beneath the surface of Callisto. Using a unique blend of shooting and melee combat, Jacob will need to adapt his tactics to combat the rapidly evolving creatures while searching for new weapons, equipment, and abilities to overcome the growing threat and escape the horrors of Jupiter's Dead Moon.

Players will be forced to get up close and personal with their grotesque foes, severing limbs, shooting off legs, and being creative with whatever they have at their disposal to survive each life-and-death encounter.
