Roll for initiative, use opportunity attacks, control player positioning, and the verticality of the battlefield. Prepare for the finishing blow and, at a crucial moment in battle, potentially roll a natural 20.

In Solasta, you take on the role of four heroes, each with unique abilities that complement each other. Each hero manifests in the adventure, making every action and dialogue a dynamic part of the story. Players create their heroes just like in the tabletop game by choosing race, class, personality, and rolling dice for their statistics.

You make the decisions, the dice determine your fate.

  • Discover a mysterious and dynamic world.
    Delve into long-forgotten cellars and uncover ancient artefacts, but beware of light and darkness: many dangers lurk in the dark, but light can attract monsters. Some enemies have darkvision, while others may flee from your torch... Successful adventurers learn to use this to their advantage.

    Fight monsters in turn-based tactical combat at the party level. The dynamic environment of Solasta offers several interesting tactical options. Bridges can collapse, leaving enemies stranded and vulnerable. Walls and pillars can be toppled – if done correctly, you can drop them right onto your enemies. The world is your playground.
     
  • Prepare to think in three dimensions.
    Dungeons in Solasta are more than just flat game boards. Climb, jump, or fly around obstacles. Avoid enemies or surprise them from above and below. Push them into chasms or drop things on their heads. Position yourself on elevated areas to initiate combat with an advantage.

    Size matters too. Run through narrow corridors that larger enemies cannot fit into, and crawl through tunnels to find secret spots. Use the environment to find cover that suits your size. But be careful – even monsters think vertically.
