Silicone Dental Mouthguard for Sleeping 4 pcs

The relaxation splint is a way to alleviate the symptoms of clenching and grinding teeth. When this occurs, a person can clench their jaw up to 10 times harder than when eating, for example. The result is, among other things: enamel abrasion, bleeding while brushing teeth, pain in the jaw joint and muscles. These problems can be easily solved with this product. Preparation is simple. Try the mouthguard, then place it in hot water to soften it. After removing it, let it cool slightly. While still warm, place the mouthguard in your mouth and gently press it so that your teeth and gums leave an impression for better adherence to your contours in your mouth. As a final step, trim the front plastic part.
