Years after taking Stilwater for their own, the Third Street Saints have evolved from a street gang into a household name, with Saints sneakers, Saints energy drinks, and Johnny Gat bobblehead dolls all available at a store near you. The Saints are the kings of Stilwater, but their celebrity status has not gone unnoticed. The Syndicate, a legendary criminal brotherhood with pawns in play worldwide, has turned its gaze upon the Saints and demands tribute.

If you refuse to kneel before the Syndicate, you will take the fight to Steelport, once a proud metropolis reduced to a struggling city of sin under the Syndicate's control. Jump into a tank, call in a satellite-targeted airstrike on a Mexican wrestling gang, and battle against a highly trained military force in your own unique ways in the most bizarre gaming scenarios you've ever seen.
