Return to Monkey Island is an unexpected, thrilling return from series creator Ron Gilbert, continuing the story of the legendary adventures The Secret of Monkey Island and Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge developed in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games.

It has been many years since Guybrush Threepwood was last locked in a battle of wits with his nemesis, the zombie pirate LeChuck. His true love, Elaine Marley, has turned away from ruling, and Guybrush himself is troubled and unfulfilled, as he has never discovered the secret of Monkey Island. Modern, young pirate leaders led by Captain Madison have ousted the old guard from power, Melee Island has turned for the worse, and the famous trader Stan has been imprisoned for "marketing-related crimes".

Joke with old friends and new faces on familiar islands, now under dangerous new leadership. Then set sail for the open sea and explore new and unknown territories as you navigate through difficult predicaments. Between Guybrush and glory lie clever puzzles, bizarre situations, and devastating answers.
