How to wear contact lenses:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling.
2. Place the lens on the tip of your finger and check its correct shape.
3. With the other hand, hold the upper and lower eyelids.
4. Gently insert the lens onto the eye and blink a few times.
5. Repeat the process for the other eye.
