You must crack on and build a holding cell to accommodate the maximum-security inmates who are trudging to your future prison in their yellow bus. As your workers lay the final brick, you have no moment to let them rest, as they need to start on the first proper block of cells to make room for the next intake of prisoners. Once everyone has a place to lay their weary heads, the fun can truly begin.
You will need a canteen, a infirmary, and a guard room, and don’t forget to include a toilet, otherwise things will get messy, but what about an exercise yard? Or solitary confinement? Or a execution chamber?
