Depending on the country from which you are placing your order, the appropriate payment options will be displayed. The specific available methods are always shown on the product page and in the shopping basket during checkout.

In most cases, payment is processed immediately and you will receive your order number and confirmation email straight away. If additional security checks are required, we will confirm the payment only after completion – usually within 24 hours.
Payment Issues and Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, unfortunately we are unable to provide the exact reason – this information is always supplied by your payment provider or bank. The most common reasons include:
- expired card
- invalid card number
- unsuccessful 3D Secure authentication
- declined CVC code
- blocked card
- insufficient funds
- incorrect billing address (AVS check)
If your payment fails, we recommend contacting your bank or the provider of the selected payment method.
When Is an Order Actually Accepted?
Payment itself and the confirmation email do not yet mean that a binding purchase contract has been concluded. An order is officially accepted only at the moment when the seller dispatches your goods. Until that time, Lunzo or the seller reserves the right to reject the order for any reason.
