Pacific Drive is a first-person survival game with your car as your only companion. ONCE TO SURVIVE
It’s you and your wagon against a relentless, cursed world. To stay alive, both on the road and off, you’ll need more than just a new set of tyres. Your trusty vehicle can be upgraded and fortified to protect you, but the car will take a beating. Keep your fuel tank filled and your panels intact to withstand the radiation permeating the zone. You’ll push yourself to the limit – performing repairs on the fly, scavenging materials wherever you can, and fortifying your base to deal with the many life-threatening dangers lurking in the shadows.
EXPLORE THE ZONE
Experimental remnants of the secret organisation ARDA remain scattered throughout the zone, and finding answers won’t be easy. Everywhere you look, you’ll find anomalies, unbelievable forces of twisted nature that complicate your path... or make it more interesting. Silhouettes in the dark, rolling heaps of scrap, and towering columns of earth – every route is fraught with dangers from another world. As terrifying as it may be, nothing compares to the overwhelming power of the zone storm. Step on the gas and run from it if you can – these swirling vortexes tear through the landscape and obliterate anything that lingers too long. Don’t let it be you.
REPEAT
Check the map, pack some gear for the road, and set out. Collect resources and gather data on the go; within the walls of the zone are all sorts of useful items. Return safely and use the trunk contents to upgrade your car and garage. Each time you venture out, new trials await: bizarre weather, unforgiving terrain, and experimental remnants. The golden rule in the zone is "nothing ventured, nothing gained" – some materials can only be found in the most dangerous locations. Be clever and don’t waste time – it’s going to be a long run.
