Setting
Once every ten years, elder dragons travel across the sea to a land known as the New World in a migration called the Elder Crossing.
To uncover the mystery behind this phenomenon, the Guild has established the Research Commission and sent them in great fleets to the New World.
As the Commission sends its Fifth Fleet to pursue the colossal elder dragon Zorah Magdaros, one hunter is preparing to embark on a more magnificent journey than they ever imagined.

The Hunter's Arsenal
The hunter has access to fourteen different weapons, each with its own unique properties and attacks. Many hunters gain skills in several types, while others prefer to master one.
Scoutflies
Monster tracks, such as footprints and scratches, are dotted throughout each area. Your scoutflies will remember the scent of the monster and guide you to other nearby paths. And as you collect more tracks, Scoutflies will provide you with even more information.
Slinger
The Slinger is an essential tool for hunters, allowing you to arm yourself with stones and nuts that can be gathered from any location.
From diversion tactics to creating shortcuts, the Slinger has a variety of uses and enables you to hunt in new and exciting ways.
Specialised Tools
Specialised tools activate powerful effects for a limited time and can be equipped up to two at once. They are easy to use and can be selected and activated just like any other item you take on a hunt.
Palicoes
Palicoes are reliable companions for hunters in the field, specialising in various offensive, defensive, and healing support abilities.
The Palico hunter proudly joins the Fifth Fleet, just like a bona fide member of the Commission as any other hunter.
