Instructions for Use:
For cooling massage, place the massage balls in the refrigerator for approximately 20–30 minutes. Then gently glide over the skin from the centre of the face outwards and from bottom to top.
For warming massage, immerse the balls in warm water (not boiling) for 2–3 minutes. The warm massage is suitable before applying serum or cream, as it helps to relax the skin and prepare it for further care.
