After his V8 Interceptor is stolen by marauders, Max embarks on a dangerous journey to reclaim his legendary vehicle. Max teams up with Chumbucket, the "idiot savant mechanic", and takes control of an entirely new vehicle capable of extensive modifications – the "Magnum Opus". As Max fights his way to his vehicle, he encounters many others in the wasteland, both friends and foes. Ultimately, Max seeks to find the "Plains of Silence", a mythical land where he might find solace from his madness.
Running out of fuel is not just an inconvenience – it’s a death sentence. Alone in the wasteland with stolen fuel for your Interceptor, it’s up to you to fend for yourself and defeat the deadly marauders who will do anything to get their hands on precious scrap and resources.
Where horsepower meets firepower. Almost out of fuel, but not entirely out of luck, your Interceptor is your only hope for survival when Scrotus's gang of marauders closes in on you. Will you fight or flee? The decision could mean the difference between life and death.
The rules of the road are simple: kill or be killed. Scrotus and his gang are out for blood and your Interceptor. After an attack on your life, it’s up to you to defend your only means of escape. But outnumbered and outgunned, your chances do not look promising.
The will to survive is your deadliest weapon. Overwhelmed by bloodthirsty raiders, you are left at the mercy of death without a car. With new dangers at every turn, it will take everything and anything to survive.
