About the Game: You play as a headteacher responsible for the reconstruction and operation of your old school in the 3D low poly indie game Let's School. In addition to the two core gameplay elements, building the school and managing students/teachers, you also have the option to oversee the school's development. You decide the fate of your school, whether it's a strict eastern style or a more liberal western style, it's entirely up to you.
Students have their individual interests and life plans, which will present the headteacher with many more challenges. Such as school prestige rankings, basic needs of students, clothing, food, and even travel. To make this game more realistic, the pressure from inspections also requires the headteacher's attention and control. The headteacher outside of school must also deal with threats coming from mysterious evil forces and all possible dangers that could cause you trouble.
How the school looks is up to the headteacher ---- freely plan dozens of functional facilities and hundreds of teaching aids and define the style of the school at will.
Horizontal expansion of areas is not the only thing you can do; you can also expand multi-storey buildings vertically to meet the needs of "more original" constructions and even build some "bizarre" buildings.
The fate of teachers and students depends on the headteacher ---- recruit whom you want, being strict or more flexible is just your choice. Developing your teachers unlocks their skills to fit into various positions. The headteacher can organise elective subjects for students that will affect their mood and quality of learning, leading them to have different life paths.
How to deal with troublemakers in school is up to the headteacher ---- but always keep in mind:
the school recreational facilities will affect students' moods. They may have much lower engagement if they start to feel depressed.
Students will gain weight if the cafeterias exceed their needs. If students start wearing glasses or you notice other strange behaviour, it means they may begin to feel too stressed.
If students cannot use the bathroom for too long, it will cause anxiety in them and result in students using all school facilities as toilets.
Be aware that students may have prohibited items, so setting up your own punishment system is important to save many problems. Additionally, you must deal with real-time emergencies such as truancy, bullying, and inquiries.
Clubs, field days, morning exercises, and various events could help students regulate their emotions.
