KODO 2026 4 in 1 IPL Epilator with Cooling Function and 8 Energy Levels for Home Use on Body and Face The KODO 2026 IPL epilator is designed for long-term home hair care using intense pulsed light (IPL) technology. This type of treatment affects hair only in the active growth phase, which is why results are not immediately visible after a few days of use. To achieve gradual hair growth reduction, it is necessary to use the device regularly according to the recommended schedule. The device is suitable for use on the body, face, underarms, and bikini area. The electric power supply ensures stable performance throughout the treatment. The KODO 2026 model offers four operating modes using interchangeable lamp heads. The HR mode is intended for hair removal, the SR mode for light skin care, the FR mode for hygienic light application, and the AC mode combines light with a cooling sensation. The cooling function helps reduce the feeling of heat during light pulse application. The device features eight adjustable energy levels that can be tailored to the treated area and individual tolerance.

How IPL Technology Works
IPL light targets the pigment in hair during their growth phase. Since not all hair grows simultaneously, treatments must be repeated at regular intervals. A single use cannot yield visible results. Consistency and adherence to the procedure are crucial.
Recommended Usage Schedule
Weeks 1–4: treatments 2–3 times a week.
Weeks 5–6: treatments 2 times a week.
Weeks 7–8: treatments 1 time a week.
After 8 weeks: treatments 1 time every 2 weeks according to individual hair growth.
Instructions for Use
Before treatment, shave hair down to skin level. The skin must be clean and dry. Put on protective glasses. Select the appropriate head and the lowest energy level, which can be gradually increased. Hold the application window perpendicular to the skin and activate the light pulse. Proceed systematically through individual areas without repeatedly treating the same spot during one session. After completing the application, a moisturiser may be used.
When Not to Use the Device
Do not use on irritated, injured, or burnt skin. Do not apply to tattoos, moles, prominent pigmented spots, or around the eyes. The device is not intended for use during pregnancy. Do not use on facial hair or moustaches. Do not apply in the presence of skin diseases in the treatment area.
Suitability by Skin and Hair Type
IPL technology is most suitable for light to medium-dark skin combined with darker hair. It is not suitable for very dark skin or very light, grey, or white hair.
Maintenance and Safety
After use, turn off the device and allow it to cool. Clean the application window with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not rinse the device under running water or submerge it in water. Store in a dry place out of reach of children.
