Giant Machines 2017 allows you to control seven of the largest industrial machines ever created on Earth. The game immerses you in a world of hissing hydraulic systems, excavator buckets, and the smell of diesel.

Your campaign takes place in 6 different geographical locations: Greenland, Canada, Wyoming, Missouri, and Florida. With detailed representations of the machines, you will be able to appreciate the size of these beasts (in comparison to a person, a car, and buildings placed on the map). You can also view the machine from a first-person perspective; the wide view from the cockpit will immerse you in the world of truly heavy machinery.

An alternative game mode is Time Attack. It unlocks after completing the story mode (campaign) and consists of selected missions. Rewards for completing missions within a given time include bronze, silver, and gold medals and entry into the leaderboard for the best scores.

Your thirst for knowledge will be satisfied by the Machine Library. This small encyclopedia with 3D models will expand your knowledge of the largest machines ever built by humans. It includes technical specifications and performance data.

Features

Unlike current simulators, all 14 main missions are part of one story. The goal is to launch a space shuttle to the International Space Station. Your tasks will include, among others:

  • Crushing mountains,
  • Moving tons of earth,
  • Cutting metal structures,
  • Mining radioactive ores,
  • And transporting (stones, ores, machines… and even the space shuttle!!)


Our machines have the following features:

  • Accurately reconstructed cockpits and models,
  • Fully analogue control of drives and cranes,
  • Full physics simulation (no shortcuts!).


Machines available in Giant Machines 2017:

  • Excavator – a giant among giants – a machine capable of digging into mountain slopes.
  • Crawler – standard transport platform… for shuttles.
  • Demolition – demolition machine – for cutting steel pipes and massive scaffolding.
  • Bulldozer – indispensable when you need to move a few tons of earth/snow or small items.
  • Dump Truck – suitable for cases when you need to transport a week's worth of mining output.
  • Backhoe – as the name suggests, digs into rocks – both horizontally and vertically.
  • Crane – moving multi-ton containers has never been easier!
