This is an asymmetrical hide-and-seek game. In true IllFonic fashion, this title is 4v1, where players will either play as part of a team of new Ghostbusters or as a unique ghost. This game allows players to enjoy solo play or with up to four friends. It will feature online and offline single-player modes in the form of a game assisted by artificial intelligence.
Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed has all the iconic gear and gadgets, from Proton Packs to PKE meters and Ghost Traps, that fans would expect, and new players in the universe will enjoy playing as a Ghostbuster. Ghosts have several abilities in their arsenal, such as object manipulation, naturally phasing, and more, making haunting in all various locations a breeze. Additionally, many will recognise the Firehouse and Ray's Occult Books, which serve as the game's hub. Here, players can select missions, customise their characters, practice firing their proton packs, and explore everything they can learn. And yes, you will hear the original film actors reprise their roles as Ray Stantz and Winston Zeddemore, along with a few new friends!
