Purchase an abandoned petrol station in the middle of nowhere and restore its former glory. Clear away debris and broken furniture, repair the walls, paint, and decorate the place to your liking.
Just don’t spend all your money on aesthetics right away; after all, you bought a petrol station. Repair the equipment, buy what cannot be repaired, and start serving your customers to earn money for further renovations and upgrades.
Expand
You don’t have to stay small. You can expand your petrol station to serve more customers. A petrol station is not just about selling fuel. You can broaden the range of services you offer to your customers, attracting an increasingly diverse clientele.
You have various expansion options, from smaller ones like providing toilets, a simple shop to supplement your income, to larger ones like a full car repair workshop or even a car wash. There are quite a few options, and most expansions can be further developed. There is so much you can do here.
Customise
