Delivery Times

Delivery speed may vary depending on several factors, such as the delivery method selected when placing the order.

You can find an overview of the estimated delivery time and the country from which the seller dispatches the goods in the “Delivery and Returns” section on the relevant product page.

Domestic delivery – if both the seller’s address and the delivery address are in the same country, the parcel usually arrives within 2–5 days from dispatch. In most cases, this option does not include tracking or proof of delivery.

International delivery – if the goods are shipped from abroad, the usual delivery time is approximately 5–14 working days. As with domestic delivery, a tracking number or proof of delivery is generally not available.

A recipient’s signature may be required upon delivery.

If multiple delivery methods are available, you can choose between them during the checkout process. As we operate as a marketplace, delivery options may vary between individual products in your basket.

The stated delivery times are indicative only. They do not, for example, include the time required for customs clearance, which is beyond our control.

In exceptional situations, delivery may take longer than usual. If the parcel does not arrive within 120 days from payment of the order, we guarantee the customer the choice between a full refund of the amount paid or a re-dispatch of the ordered goods by the seller. Delivery Costs

The amount of delivery costs depends, among other factors, on the delivery method selected during the ordering process.

On individual product pages, we display the standard delivery price applicable for delivery within the country corresponding to the version of the website you are currently using. For example, when shopping on lunzo.ie, the rates shown apply to delivery within Ireland.

You will always see the total delivery cost before submitting your order – it is displayed in the final step of the checkout process.

If additional costs arise for a specific order (for example due to exceeding a courier’s weight limit or delivery to a hard-to-reach location), we will contact you in advance. You can then decide whether to confirm the order or cancel it.

 

Delivery Restrictions

When transporting certain products, we must comply with national and international restrictions. For this reason, not all items can be delivered to all destinations.

On our platform, only products that can be delivered directly to your country are displayed.
 

Carriers and Delivery Services

Sellers on our platform use a wide network of verified courier companies and local postal services. The specific delivery method is selected based on the nature of the shipment, the destination country, and the place of dispatch.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose the carrier.

In most cases, once the parcel arrives in the destination country, it is handed over to the local postal service. You can then collect it from the assigned collection point or have it delivered by a local delivery service.
