Instructions for use:

For a cooling massage, place the massage balls in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes and gently massage the skin from the centre of the face outwards and from the bottom upwards. For a warming massage, immerse the balls in warm water for 2–3 minutes and use before applying serum or cream. Massage with gentle pressure for 5–10 minutes.
