Isle of Siptah is a massive expansion for the open-world survival game Conan Exiles, featuring a new enormous island to explore, gigantic and grotesque new creatures to slay, new building sets, and an entirely new gameplay cycle. Battle ancient races in new underground dungeons. Defeat demonic monsters that are birthed from the storm of pure chaos. Dominate the waves to secure the only supply of slaves on the island.

You arrive on the island shipwrecked and alone. With nothing but rags on your back, you craft the tools you need to survive. Initially, a simple camp and some crude stone tools, over time a fortress and brutal great swords made of tempered steel or obsidian.

Your eyes are drawn to the centre of the island, where a dark tower looms over the landscape. A fierce storm swirls around it, seemingly gaining strength, and within it lurk unspeakable horrors. But your most dangerous enemy may be the other survivors on the island, as resources are scarce, and the fight for survival is wild and brutal.

  • A mighty storm swirls around the dark tower in the centre of the island. Driven by sinister magic, it spawns terrifying monsters from the outer void and attacks anyone who dares to enter or confront it. Defeat these horrors and acquire a brand new and vital resource.
  • From the tower of Siptah, powerful waves of forbidden magic are unleashed, bestowed by the ancient god Nyarlathotep. In their wake, humans and creatures mysteriously teleport from the outer world. Move quickly to capture them, or be left in the dust while other players build their armies.
  • Leap into battle and slay your foes from atop a wild rhinoceros. Build a small house or an expansive city using two new building sets: the waterlogged remains of shipwrecks or the ancient and majestic stormglass. Find and equip powerful items, including new sets of armour.
