How to Wear Contact Lenses:
1. Thoroughly wash your hands before handling.
2. Place the lens on the tip of your finger and check its correct shape.
3. With the other hand, hold the upper and lower eyelid.
4. Gently insert the lens onto the eye and blink a few times.
5. Repeat the process for the other eye.
