Single Player Campaign
Ten years after a devastating mass event, the borders of the nation and the balance of global power have been forever redrawn. A mysterious group known only as the "Ghosts", what remains of the country's special operations forces, leads the fight against a newly emerging, technologically superior global power.
Multiplayer Mode
In Call of Duty: Ghosts, you don't just create a class; you create a soldier. In the new Create-A-Soldier system, you can choose a head, character type, headgear, and equipment, and for the first time in Call of Duty, you can also select gender.
New dynamic maps feature interactive elements and player-triggered events that evolve the environment with each match. The entire landscape can change, forcing you to adapt your tactics and strategy.
Call of Duty: Ghosts redefines how players move through the world. The new contextual leaning system now allows you to navigate around obstacles without the need to combine buttons or completely leave cover. The new mantling system enables smooth movement over objects while maintaining momentum. Knee slides allow for a natural transition from sprinting to crouching and prone.
Squads
Assemble your team and take into battle up to 6 soldiers in the all-new Squads mode. This mode utilises the best of the multiplayer experience and allows you to play either solo or cooperatively with your own soldiers that you have created and upgraded in multiplayer.
