To survive, you must eat and drink, as different types of plants and meats have various nutritional properties, including human flesh. Ensuring a supply of fresh water to your home and inventory is a pressing issue. All physical activities cost food and water, and travelling long distances is fraught with life-threatening dangers! Inventory weight slows you down, and the day and night cycle, along with random weather patterns, adds another layer of challenge by altering the temperature of the environment, causing faster hunger or thirst.
Build a fire or shelter and craft a wide range of customisable clothing and armour to help protect you from damage due to local influences and extreme temperatures using a dynamic system for calculating indoor/outdoor insulation.
Tend to your crops and they will yield delicious and rare fruits that can also be used to cook a plethora of logical recipes and create useful tonics!
Explore and find the rarest plant seeds with the most effective properties! Vegetarians and vegans can thrive, and ARK can be conquered and dominated in a non-violent manner!
By bringing sufficient rare tribute items to special locations for summoning, you can attract the attention of one of ARK's divine mythical creatures, who will arrive to battle.
Create a tribe and invite your friends to join. Any member of your tribe can command all of your pets and can connect with them.
