AMTECH RMA-218 is a white solder flux weighing 100 g, designed for precision electronic repairs. Thanks to its no-clean formula, low smoke and transparent residue after soldering, it is highly popular when working with chips, BGA, CPU sockets and other sensitive components.

The paste has excellent adhesion, evenly holds on the surface and promotes perfect solder flow. It contains fine particles sized 2–5 μm, ensuring high precision during manual application as well as machine printing. It is suitable for reflow soldering and manual applications when replacing chips or applying value ball grids.
